How to Protect your MS office document

                Once we are editing the program using "EDITOR". And before Microsoft birth we are using WORD EDITOR and WORD PERFECT. It will work based on dos operating system.

                After Microsoft launch most of people using this software. This is a user-friendly program. One of the advantages of this program,

• Today I will teach how to protect your personal documents.
• For example Microsoft program give the security option for your personal documents
• This is the advance option for Microsoft users.

Protect your document:

• Know how to protect ms-office documents. (It is include as excel, power point etc)
• Now prepare your document and select save option, you will see at the bottom of window in TOOLS.
• Select general save option, there is two type of password,

• Document open restricted
• Document modify restricted

• Now enter your protect password. (This password protected for document open without your permission)
• Now enter your modify password (this password is protected for no buddies edit your document without your permission).
• Now open your document. You need password. Then enter your protect password.
• If you want edit your document in next time you put modifying password.[Please don’t forget your password]I think the below screenshot helping for you...
